Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the online website portal (the "Portal") provided by Overdevest Nurseries, L.P., a wholesale supplier located in New Jersey, United States (referred to herein as "We," "Us," or "Our").

By accessing and using the Portal, you ("User") agree to abide by and comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this AUP. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Portal.

The Portal is intended for Our pre-registered retail customers located in the mid-Atlantic to New England area of the United States. Users must be at least 18 years of age or legally able to enter into binding agreements.

To use certain features of the Portal, Users are required to register and provide accurate and current information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4) Prohibited Activities:
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities while using the Portal:

- Uploading or distributing malicious software or content.
- Violating the privacy of other Users.
5) Ordering and Transactions:
Users may use the Portal to place orders and engage in transactions for wholesale products offered by Us. All transactions are subject to the terms of sale specified on the Portal.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and any transactions conducted through the Portal. We employ reasonable security measures to protect User data, but Users must exercise caution and adhere to best practices for online security.

8) Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend User access to the Portal at our discretion, without notice, for violations of this AUP.
